William B. Hart

William B. Hart has served as a director of the Company since March 2005. Mr. Hart served in various board roles between 1992 to 2004, including as director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of First NH Banks, director of SIS Bancorp, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the National Trust of Historic Preservation, and director of Anthem, Inc. (previously Wellpoint, Inc.) a publicly-traded (NYSE:ANTM) health insurance company.

From 1988 to 1999, Mr. Hart served in various roles with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of New Hampshire, including as Chairman of its Board of Directors and Chairman of its Audit Committee from 1996 to 1999.

Additionally, Mr. Hart served as President of the Foundation for the National Capital Region and President of The Dunfey Group, a private investment firm.
