Resource Capital Corp. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend for Preferred Shares

NEW YORK, NY, Jun 26, 2012 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) --Resource Capital Corp. (NYSE: RSO) (the "Company") announced today that that it will pay a pro-rated cash dividend on its 8.50% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock for the period from June 15, 2012 through and including July 30, 2012 in the amount of $0.27153 per share. The dividend will be payable on July 30, 2012 to holders of record on July 16, 2012.
