Exantas Capital Corp. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividends for Common Stock and Series C Preferred Stock

NEW YORK, June 12, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Exantas Capital Corp. (NYSE: XAN) (the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.225 per common share for the quarter ending June 30, 2019. The dividend will be paid on July 26, 2019 to holders of record on June 28, 2019.

The Company's Board of Directors also declared a cash dividend on its 8.625% Fixed-to-Floating Series C Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock for the period from May 1, 2019 through and including July 30, 2019 in the amount of $0.539063 per share. The dividend will be paid on July 30, 2019 to holders of record on July 1, 2019.
