NEW YORK, Sept. 21, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Exantas Capital Corp. (NYSE:XAN) (the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors declared all accrued and unpaid cash dividends on its 8.625% Fixed-to-Floating Series C Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (the "Series C Preferred Stock") for the period from January 31, 2020 through and including July 30, 2020 in the amount of $1.078125 per share. The Company's Board of Directors also declared a cash dividend on its Series C Preferred Stock for the period from July 31, 2020 through and including October 30, 2020 in the amount of $0.5390625 per share. The dividends will be paid on October 30, 2020 to holders of record on October 1, 2020.
