Thomas C. Elliott

Thomas C. Elliot has served as a director of the Company since June 2020. Mr. Elliot currently serves as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Resource REIT, Inc. He previously served in several positions at the Company from 2005 to 2020, including as Vice President - Finance, Senior Vice President - Assets and Liabilities Management, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer and, most recently, as Executive Vice President - Finance and Operations.

Mr. Elliot served in various roles at Resource America, Inc. (“Resource America”) from 2001 to 2020, including, most recently, as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
