Steven J. Kessler

Steven J. Kessler has served as a director of the Company since November 2009 and was Chairman from 2009 to 2016. Mr. Kessler served in various roles in the Company from 2005 to 2009, including, most recently, as Senior Vice President-Finance. He serves as a founding co-managing member of RSR SC LLC, beginning in 2015, as well as a member of RSR Sycamore GP LLC, beginning in 2016, RSR Sycamore GP II, LLC, beginning in 2018, RSR Sycamore GP III, LLC, beginning in 2020, and RSR EB5 Regional Center, beginning in 2020.

Mr. Kessler served in various roles at Resource America from 1997 to 2016, including, most recently, as Executive Vice President. Additionally, Mr. Kessler previously served as Trustee of GMH Communities Trust, Vice President - Finance and Acquisition for Kravco Company, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Strouse Greenberg & Co., and Partner at Touche Ross & Co. (now Deloitte & Touche LLP).
