Jaclyn Jesberger

Jaclyn Jesberger has served as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the Company since its acquisition by ACRES in July 2020. Ms. Jesberger serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of ACRES, a role in which she manages and coordinates the ACRES internal and external legal affairs.

Prior to joining ACRES in 2015, Ms. Jesberger served as Associate General Counsel for Arbor Realty Trust from 2009 to 2015, Vice President at Credit Suisse (USA) LLC from 2004 to 2009 and associate attorney at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP from 2001 to 2004.
